Your privacy in Dioramo
Effective November 3, 2026
The short version: Dioramo does not collect, store, share or sell any personal information — from children or from anyone else. Drawings and progress never leave your device.
Who we are
Dioramo is a 3D coloring app for iPad and iPhone made by Vladimir Kogan, an independent developer (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the Dioramo app and this website, dioramo.app.
Information we collect
None. The app has no accounts or sign-up, and it does not ask for a name, email address, age, photos, contacts, location or any other personal information. It does not use the camera or microphone.
The app does not include advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking software from us or from anyone else, and it does not use the device’s advertising identifier.
What stays on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the app saves the following only on your device:
- the colors painted in each room, and a small preview picture of each room;
- how much of each room has been colored;
- whether the music is switched on or off, and whether the how-to-play hint has been shown.
This information is never sent to us or to any third party. You can erase a room from inside the app (press and hold the trash button), and deleting the app removes all of it. If you use iCloud or computer backups, your device may include this data in its backup; those backups are handled by Apple under your own settings, not by us.
Internet access
Dioramo works completely offline. The app does not send data over the internet.
Children’s privacy
Dioramo is made for children. Because we collect no personal information at all, we do not collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), as described in laws such as the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). There are no in-app links to websites, no social features and no way for a child to share information with anyone through the app.
This website
dioramo.app does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and it loads no fonts or code from other companies. Like any website, the hosting provider that serves these pages may briefly process technical information such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use this information to identify or track visitors.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply, never for marketing, and delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed. Please don’t include a child’s personal information in your message.
Your rights
Because we don’t hold personal data from the app, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you have emailed us and would like that correspondence deleted, just ask.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of Dioramo changes how information is handled, we will update this page and the effective date above before that version is released. If we ever want to collect personal information from children, we will first obtain verifiable parental consent where the law requires it.
